1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 Working Days of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. A refund of amount will be provided after deducting 10% as processing fees in the maximum of 45 working days.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Adventure Trip marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc.
These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. In case the customer need immediate refund, 20% of total amount will be deducted and the amount will be provided in the maximum of 5-7 working days.
5. Customer needs to issue a NOC letter in case of Refund has to be done.
6. The refund amount will credited according to mode of payment.
7. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually.
